Advertising and affiliate disclosure
Korea Travel Atlas is free to read. It is funded by display advertising and by commissions from some booking links.
Affiliate links
Hotel, tour, activity, transfer and eSIM links on this site (for example the “Book your trip” box and the “Where to stay” and “Experiences” sections of city pages) may be affiliate links. We work with travel partners such as Klook, GetYourGuide, Viator, Trip.com, Agoda and Airalo through the Travelpayouts affiliate network. If you book through one of these links, the partner pays us a commission. The price you pay is the same.
Affiliate links are marked in the page code with rel="sponsored", and pages that contain them carry a short disclosure line next to the links.
Advertising
Ads, when shown, are clearly separated from editorial content and labelled “Advertisement”. We do not sell links in our articles.
Sponsored content
If a partner ever pays for a story, it will be labelled “Sponsored” wherever it appears, including on the home page.
Editorial independence
Partners have no say in what we cover, how we rate attractions or what we write. Our 0–3 recommendation ratings are an editorial judgement. See our editorial policy.
